The Eight-Week Program of Action


Scientific research shows that maintaining a healthy, happy, and successful lifestyle is possible. For example, according to the article, Effects of Mindful-Attention and Compassion Meditation Training on Amygdala Response to Emotional Stimuli in an Ordinary, non-meditative State, researchers found that with as little as 10-minutes of daily mindfulness meditation, the amygdala (flight-fright center of the brain) shrinks, which can lead to higher states of positive emotions.


Mindfulness meditation and living an authentic lifestyle takes practice, thought, and guidance. We can't, and we don't have to do this alone. I tried; repeatedly, and nothing changed. ​


As humans, we have what it takes to recognize "the problem"; however, most of us don't understand or want to acknowledge and accept what "the problem" truly is, which leads us to repeat the same actions. That's why getting help is so vital to success. I'll cut it short for you: there are no problems, only decisions to be made.

So, let's talk about all the things you don't want to do (which are the exact actions you need to take). I know I didn't want to take those actions either; it doesn't feel good - sometimes. Once you take the action you fear - the fear is gone! Nevertheless, those actions create the life we truly desire. And I didn't do it alone. I had lots of help, which I want to extend to you.

Your eight-week coaching program includes Daily Mindfulness Meditation Practice (we can start with five minutes - trust me, you have the time), Leadership (opportunities presents its self throughout the day, every day), Career Development (what skill do I need to develop, who do I need to connect with, what's LinkedIn?!), Forgiveness and Reconciliation (these are the BIG GUNS), and Being Your Mentor (learn it, be it, teach it). You decide where you want to start.

During these eight weeks, we will meet once a week for 60-90 minutes. You will learn how to:

  • What is AUTHENTIC ACTION? (You will never want to retake any other type of action in your life).

  • Learn how to release the past and reconcile your relationship with yourself and others.

  • Enhance the skills you will learn to go forth in your life as a mentor to yourself and those around you.
