Feeding My Soul
The weather here in Lincoln, Nebraska has been quite warm. It was 58 degrees yesterday! I loved it, and it keeps me active. Riding a bike feeds my soul. Permission to Begin Where I Am
My oldest son, Kalei, created a beautiful profile picture for me to use with the help of AI. When I saw the picture, I got so excited. That’s the business I want to create; that’s the joy I want to ship. The possibilities are endless! But then, fear and doubt showed up, “ I’m not ready. I’m a phony. When My Normal Feels Too Small
These last few days I have felt very disconnected – upset stomach, low energy, not smiling, or maybe it’s that I’m just discontent. Life isn’t very exciting - which is normal. I remind myself of this. The ordinariness of life is life. Yet, I will say that my normal has pretty low-level. I’m sure that people have a higher-level normal life. I’m just not at a higher level. Sometimes I feel low when I ponder all the years, I’ve spend trying to create a higher-level normal life.
