With over 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve goals and successfully navigate personal, and professional lifestyle changes, she has a deep appreciation of people and the wisdom their experience provides. Born and raised on the island of O'ahu I grew up with traditional Hawaiian practices such as hula, mele (chant), massage, Ho'oponopono, and a lifestyle of honoring the land and its people.
A am passionate about helping people reconcile with their past to restore their personal integrity and freedom. With training from the Academy Coaching Excellence, a professional psychology degree, and years of personal and professional experience, I offer guidance, support, and encouragement to help you achieve your goals.
I have a master's degree in organizational leadership development, have been active in grassroots organizations around the country supporting women transitioning from abuse to freedom, and am passionate about at-risk youth.
